Text Box: “Arsenic” postponed
Due to scheduling issues with the venue, Arsenic has been postponed. The board voted in the November meeting to go ahead and perform Wizard of Oz in the spring. Watch for audition notices.

Show Us the Money!
The first of two fundraisers will take place Thanksgiving weekend. We will be selling decorative tiles and other Christmas crafts at the Milford Christmas walk. We need volunteers to work the table. It would also be great if we could get some of our members who can sing to try to make it during the evening hours to sing some carols and get more people to visit our table! We are also planning a dance around Valentine’s Day. Check the website for updates.

ACT News
Scholarship auditions for Freshman, Sophmore, and Junion theatre/performing arts majors will take place January 24 at NKU. For more information contact Dee Anne Bryll at 513-321-0764 or e-mail at bryllcohen@zoomtown.com
There is talk about changing the way shows are judged. The idea is to have all 3 judges attend the show along with a facilitator. The group will supply a production brief about the show. After the show, the judges & facilitator will meet and discuss the strengths and weaknesses. The judges will fill out forms before they leave and give them to the facilitator. The judges will still fill out their individual critiques.
Cincinnati State is looking to offer more theater related coursed and have a questionnaire. Check our website if you’d like to see it.

Text Box: Holy Moly, We Have a Website!
Catch up with MTG in cyberspace!
Stephen Beck has been busy setting up our very own website. Check it out! It’s still under construction, but it’s well worth taking a look at. If you don’t have the e-mail address of the board members, you can reach them through the site. Check it out- Milfordtheatreguilde.org

OCTA News
Work is underway for the 2004 State Convention which will be held in Eastgate Labor Day weekend. Our own Linda Roll is the chair, so don’t be surprised if she hits you up for help. The theme will be “Southwest Express”. Hop on board the flying pig for a thrilling ride through the Southwest. Make plans now to attend.

OCTA is going to raffle off a trip for 2 to Toronto or New York. Tickets will be sold for $10, and only 1000 tickets will be sold.
All you artistic people are invited to design a new logo for OCTA. Submissions will be accepted until February, and then 3 to 5 entries will be on the website and voting will take place until May.

Plan on attending our next meeting on December 3rd at the 131 Craft Mall. Please bring a snack to share, and an ornament to exchange. Attendance has been pretty low at meetings for a long time now, SO SHOW UP!!!!
